Kansas earned the top seed after winning its 21st Big 12 regular season title and an NCAA record 64th all-time. The bracket is set for the 2023 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship to be played March 8-11 in Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center.
